Review of the shop
This book offers guidance on pregnancy fitness in a straightforward and engaging way. As a huge fan of the gym, I was very impressed with the weight training advice. And I so wish that the comprehensive relaxation section was available to me with my previous pregnancies.
The author did a great job making exercise - not the easiest thing to stay motivated about while getting bigger and bigger and more off-balance - something to look forward to.
Now that I'm pregnant with my fourth child and think I know everything there is to know about being pregnant, it's a surprise to find out that I still have some stuff to learn.
I highly recommend this book!
